Sales
• Regular Coverage of the assigned market to    generate business through National Accounts etc.
• Ensure participation in events to promote Brands    under Milestone portfolio.
• Ensure targeted visibility of new launches on    shelves in store and strive for more shelf space at    retail level.
• Keep on updating market potential analysis format    wise.
• Ensure regular training of retail staff
• Ensure price changes made effective physically on    the products.
Finance
• Account Reconciliation - Ensure quarterly    reconciliation of accounts with all parties.
• Ensure credit worthiness of parties are evaluated    every quarter and systemized.
• MIS/ Reporting Market Information on gaming    industry, competitor’s activities.
• To update ratings (classification) of retailers as    volume lifters and as paymasters on a regular    basis.
People
• Ensure all Team mates are thoroughly guided    towards company objectives at all times.
• Ensure that the team is fully motivated to deliver    the targets assigned to each member.
Developing New A/Cs
• Business Development - Create leads for new    business through untapped National chains.
• Create opportunities for all the Promotions in the    market – POS placements, Branding Efforts etc.

• Strong commitment to budget and budgetary    control.
