• Ensure credit worthiness of parties are evaluated every
quarter and systemized.
• MIS/ Reporting Market Information on gaming industry, competitor’s activities.
• To update ratings (classification) of retailers as volume
lifters and as paymasters on a regular basis.
People
• Ensure all Team mates are thoroughly guided towards
company objectives at all times.
• Ensure that the team is fully motivated to deliver the targets
assigned to each member.
Developing New A/Cs
• Business Development - Create leads for new business
through untapped National chains.
• Create opportunities for all the Promotions in the market – POS placements, Branding Efforts etc. |
